We are the only fitness and yoga studio in the GTA with a dedicated class schedule to expecting moms, new moms and families. The schedule may change based on class availability and seasons.
AT A Glance Schedule – Fall 2017
You will be asked, at minimum, to select the first date of your class package.
You do not have to select all your dates at registration –
however, you have the option to if desired.
Each week you’ll receive an email with a link to our weekly sign up form.
Participants can select the class or classes they intend on attending that week.
NOTE: Your class dates can be changed at any time. You will never loose a pass for an absence.

Our Studio hours are based on our Class Schedule and varies in Winter, Fall, Spring & Summer.
Mom & Baby Classes run daily between 9:30 am -12:30 pm
Prenatal Classes run evening & weekends
Group (adult) Classes run evening & weekends
