With baby at home, you won’t miss a queue, or the entire left side in a sequence. Join us for a baby-free yoga class that incorporates a slow, flowing vinyasa with some longer Hatha style holds. Extra special attention will be given to Mama’s postpartum needs to rebuild strength, stretch those achy muscles, and find a little calm and clarity in the day. All levels of Yogi’s are welcome.
Expect detailed queuing, a respect for the more subtle aspects of yoga, the body and the breath, harmonious flow, and creative sequences that both challenge and chill out the body and mind.
