Our Indoor Strength & HIIT Bootcamp is a fantastic mix of low impact moves with super fun cardio. Using small hand weights and your own body weight – we guide your through a sweaty, toning, laugh out loud full body workout.
We like to have fun – but still fit in a great workout!
Our indoors bootcamps will now be VIRTUAL due to COVID 19 Shut down.
When we are allowed to reopen – We will open a limited amount of spots in each class to ensure each participant is 6 ft apart. The studio is sanitized and cleaned before and after each class. And all studios are fogged regularly throughout the day.
Equipment will be cleaned after each use – and no sharing among participants. Ladies are welcome to bring their own weights.
