Outdoor Strength + HIIT Bootcamp.
It’s our favourite time of year – Outdoor Bootcamp Season (May-October)!
Meet us at Richards Memorial Park on Lakeshore for a great Strength + Cardio workout. The workout is designed for all fitness levels – so whether you’re a fitness enthusiasit or a beginner looking to be active – this class has something for everyone. It’s sure to get your heart pumping, muscles working and body sweating.
All exercises are timed so that you can go on your own pace. We pair HIIT with strength – not only helping to kick start your metabolism and burn calories – but to strengthen and tone from head to toe.
We have a selection of weights to choose from – but encourage boot campers to bring their own if they have a set.
Each class is different. Some classes will be use just dumbells & bodyweight while others will include circuits with slam balls, battle ropes, bosu balls and kettle bells – oh how exciting!
