More intense that a typical fitness class and more fun than any gym workout!
Calling all Gals and Moms who want to burn some calories, get their sweat on and enjoy some good old fashion chit chat!
This NEW SuperMom boot camp will combine strength, cardio and agility movements to give you a well-rounded workout KID FREE!
Expect to …. SWEAT … WORK … LAUGH … okay maybe curse.
We are excited to meet at Birchwood Park (entrance off of Clarkson Road) and use the entire park, including the new outdoor workout area, the bleachers and of course the natural hills!
All exercises can be modified to perform the movement the most efficiently for you. We’ll incorporate body weight exercises to strengthen and tone your entire body all while burning massive calories.
Classes theme and style vary each week – and modifications are always available to bring down intensity or bring it up!
Our 4 Class Pass and 8 Class Pass packages are just for our SuperMom Bootcampers – and can only be applied to Thursday evenings and or Saturdays mornings.
If you’d like to also attend any of our Mom & Baby/Toddler Classes during the week – our flexible class passes – packages of 4 – 20 – are right for you!
