This low impact class focuses on strengthen and toning your body head to toe. It’s a great option for those looking to get back into fitness, or for fitness lovers looking to mix up their fitness routine with low and high impact options. You’ll sweat without one jump!
If you have a set of weights great – but get creative if you don’t – soup cans, full water bottles – wine bottles 🙂
Join our Express Core Strength class each week targeting not only your abdominals, but back and upper body – really working a full body tone.
A strong core can help alleviate lower back pain, improve your overall posture and relieve tension through your shoulders. And as a fun side effect, these movements will provide you with the tools to help shape and tone your tummy.
In addition to the multiple core exercise, we also love multi muscle body weight exercises, so your upper and lower body will feel the effects of a fantastic targeted workout.
