About our On Demand Workouts
Our Strength + HIIT class is a great full body workout. We incorporate weights as well as bodyweight exercises to get you feeling strong, confident and energetic. Cardio options vary for low impact to high impact options and modifications are always provided.
No matter what your fitness level – this class will feel like a personal training session just for you.
And from home – all you need is a mat, a set of weights and water! If you don’t have a set of weights – no problem – soup cans, water bottles or anything that will provide resistance.
Join our Upper Body + Core Strength class each week live from our studio. This class targets not only your abdominals, but strengthens you back and upper body – for a full body tone.
A strong core can help alleviate lower back pain, improve your overall posture and relieve tension through your shoulders.
In addition to the multiple core exercise, we also love multi muscle body weight exercises, so your upper and lower body will feel the effects of a fantastic targeted workout.

Low Impact Strength is a game changer. We’ve eliminated the high impact cardio – yes, no burpees or jump squats and we challenge you with your weights.
