Yes – join us from the comfort of your own home. Whether you’re local or joining us from a far – we’re excited to share our wonderful fitness classes with you and you’re little one! You can opt to do the classes on your own with baby sleeping or playing beside you or with baby in your carrier.
We can’t wait to connect with you LIVE for two great classes – or offer a variety of recorded options to you!
We offer a variety of classes that provide you with a great full body workout – all geared towards strengthening your body, helping increase your energy level, improve your mood and when baby lets you 😉 sleep a bit better. We have 5 live classes a week. Three are schedule at 12:30 pm to maximize your lunch hour or babies nap. Not nap time – no problem – baby is always welcome!
How Baby is incorporated:
Babies can be set up beside you to play, stare and giggle, or maybe sleeping :-).
Modifications can be made for Moms who’d like to use their carrier.
How to participate:
We’re moms so we know that one way is not gonna fit for everyone! Here are your participations options.
- Join our next 4-week session for our HIIT + Strength class or our Low Impact Strength Class – or maybe even both for 2 workouts a week for 4 weeks.
- Join on our drop in basis and attend any one of our 5 workouts per week with our flexible virtual pass packages
- Maybe the live classes are a tall order – we got you covered there. Join our monthly membership for unlimited recorded workouts + access to our live workouts when it works for you.
