Yes – join us from the comfort of your own home. Whether you’re local or joining us from a far – we’re excited to share our wonderful fitness classes with you and you’re little one! You can opt to do the classes on your own with baby sleeping or playing beside you or with baby in your carrier.
We can’t wait to connect with you LIVE for one (or maybe more) of our classes per week.
We offer a variety of classes that provide you with a great full body workout – all geared towards strengthening your body, helping increase your energy level, improve your mood and when baby lets you 😉 sleep a bit better. We have 4 live classes a week. Three are schedule at 12:30 pm to maximize your lunch hour or babies nap. Not nap time – no problem – baby is always welcome!
How Baby is incorporated:
Babies can be set up beside you to play, stare and giggle, or maybe sleeping :-).
Modifications can be made for Moms who’d like to use their carrier.
How to participate:
We’re moms so we know that one way is not gonna fit for everyone! Here are your participations options.
- Drop in and attend any one of our 5 LIVE workouts per week with our flexible virtual pass packages. 4 or 10 passes to use based on your availability – $40-$80.
- Not available for live classes? We got you covered. Join our monthly membership for unlimited recorded workouts + access to our live workouts when it works for you for just $49.99/month. 4 new workouts are added each week. If you do just two workouts a week that’s $6 a workout!

LIVE Women’s only Classes
Strength + HIIT
Our Strength + HIIT series is a popular in person class and I can’t wait to bring this to you live via ZOOM!
Each class we mix light weight training (dumbells) with low and high impact cardio. Ladies are always given modifications and different options for every circuit. You go at your own pace and do what works for you.
Don’t have weights – no problem – let’s get creative with water bottles, soup cans or even pillows.
CORE & Muscle
We want you feeling stronger in your body. A strong core leads to better posture, more muscle endurance and stronger back – key components when our bodies are challenged by holding baby, picking up toys and nursing or bottle feeding.
This class is not about getting ABS. Through a variety of core moves, we slowly but surely building that strength back. Oh and ya – we love to through in some extra upper body work into. Modifications are provided for all levels. Recommended for moms 4 months + postpartum.
Low Impact Strength
Jumping up and down, burpees or jacks just not your thing? That’s ok! We know how to provide a great low impact workout with light weights to build strength and provide a great heart healthy workout.
In no time you’ll find picking up baby a bit easier, your energy level increase, and when baby lets you, sleep a lot better. The full 45 mins includes include a warm up and cool down leaving us with approx. 30 mins of active work.
HIIT Express
Let’s sweat for 30 mins and then be done! This high intensity quick class is a fun mix of cardio and strength – your heart is pumping and your muscles are working and just when you think you can’t do any more – it’s done!
We love this class – but we never want anyone to feel they can’t do it – so as always modifications are always provided to help you build back to your desired fitness level slowly and correctly.

Meet your SuperMom tribe with Fitness by the Lake. We have multiple fitness and yoga classes for you and your little one.
Little ones can be as young as 8 weeks (as long as Mom has been cleared to participate) all the way to toddler. Have a new baby and a toddler – bring them both – our instructors are always happy to have a little helper or walk around with baby.
