Fitting in a workout with an active toddler at home can be a workout in itself! We want to help! For our moms with little ones 12+ months (if you have an early mover – that’s ok too!)
45 min workout focusing on strength, core and endurance. For all fitness levels, modifications are provided to increase intensity as well as lower it. No workout is ever the same as we love to incorporate a variety of styles including Pyramid, Supersets, Endurance, HIIT and Tabata.
Your little one will be with you the whole time – watching mom workout and having fun on their own. Sometimes they may even join in! Bring your toys & snacks – distraction is key :-).
4 Week Session starts Wednesday May 25th @ 11 am

Because we want your toddler and you to feel comfortable and move around – we are limiting spots to just 6-8 moms.
