Your workouts are delivered daily via email and can be done from anywhere.
Videos will be 30 mins long and a great mix of low impact and HIIT cardio. Modifications for all fitness levels.
What you need:
- A set or sets of weights (preferred). All workouts will include weights – but if you don’t have any – you can use water bottles, soup cans etc.
- A small space to move laterally and forward – size of a yoga mat usually does the trick
