Our Stroller FIT HIIT Classes offer moms a fantastic and sometimes challenging workout – all while enjoying the outdoors and some adorable baby snuggles!
We preform intervals, meaning, you perform one exercise (squatting, lunging, push ups, hill running) anywhere from 20 seconds to one minute and then rest and repeat for a desired set. We keep the strollers moving and the moms “glistening”.
We use the settings of our unique locations to give mom a fantastic workout. Each exercise is modified for your fitness level – whether you’re a bootcamp enthusiast or new comer – our workouts provide modifications so that you are challenged based on your postpartum recovery.
