Our weekly running group is perfect for both first timers and experienced runners. We’ll help beginners slowly and safely build endurance and strength. And help experienced runners work towards their next goals.
This running series is for ladies only. I’ll help coach you via our weekly zoom call. Our check in calls go over proper running techniques, how to properly get back into running after baby (if that’s the case) and improve your endurance, setting pace, improving distance, crossing that finish line, nutrition and even play lists 🙂
Each participant will set and work on their own individual goals – but as a group we’ll support & encourage each other every week.
