Running group for beginners, occasional runners and those who can’t run enough!
Anyone who loves running, wants to try running and wants a community of support
New moms, returned to work moms, or women looking to get back out or try something new!
Have you always thought about running but didn’t know where to start? Were you an avid runner and took a break – maybe baby came along?
Maybe you’re having trouble getting out as often as you’d like and would love a group for encouragement?
Our weekly running group is perfect for both first timers and experienced runners. We’ll help beginners slowly and safely build endurance and strength. And help experienced runners work towards their next goals.
This running series is for ladies only. I’ll help coach you via our weekly zoom call. Our check in calls go over proper running techniques, how to properly get back into running after baby (if that’s the case) and improve your endurance, setting pace, improving distance, crossing that finish line, nutrition and even play lists 🙂
Each participant will set and work on their own individual goals – but as a group we’ll support & encourage each other every week.
Monthly membership -$40.00 + HST

Your virtual runs on done on your own time – when it best works for you.
We hold a weekly check in call with all members on Tuesdays @ 6:45 pm via zoom. (time may change based on participants schedules)
You can choose your length and/or distance. Everyone will have different goals.
WE ARE VIRTUAL!
You will run on your own based on your own schedule. You’ll find the support of this group will motivate you out for your run just as if we were to meet in person.
Not every participant will begin at the same stage. I along with your run group will coach you via what’s app before and after your virtual runs. We’ll provide tips and tools to increase your distance, improve your time or just to have fun with it 🙂
Monthly Virtual Run Club Membership $40.00 – per month.
It’s just $10 a week for our virtual run club! Join in when you find us and we will prorate your fee.

Mom & Baby Classes – Mon – Fri 10-12 pm
Prenatal Yoga – Sundays at 10 am
Online Live Classes are offered daily via Zoom
