How to book your sessions:
- Choose the Day and Date first session you’d like to join i.e. Tuesday November 9th Carrier FIT
- Select the time of the class
- Select book now – You will be brought to your CART page.
- Select Continue Booking from the green box at the top of your CART page.
- Then select the day and date of your second session i.e. Thursday November 11th Core + Strength
- Select the time of the class
- Select Book Now
- Repeat for a third session.
Schedule:
Strength + HIIT @ 10 am – Monday November 15th
Carrier FIT @ 10 am – Tuesday November 9th – (FULL)
Carrier FIT @ 11 am – Tuesday November 9th
Baby Yoga @ 10 am – Wednesday November 10th
Strength + HIIT @ 11 am – Wednesday November 17th
Core + Strength @ 11 am – Thursday November 11th
