Flex Passes Mom & Baby Classes
Use our flex passes to drop in to one class, attend different classes in the week or work around your busy schedule.
If the date of your desired class is greyed out – the class is full. However, check back as spots open up all the time.
Mondays – Upper Body + Core Strength @ 10 am
Mondays – Baby Bootcamp @ 11 am
Wednesdays – Baby Bootcamp @ 10 am
Wednesdays – Baby on the move Circuit Fitness @ 11 am
Thursdays – Carrier Fit @ 11 am
Fridays – Baby Yoga @ 10 am (The School of Creative Arts)
How to book your flex passes:
You will need to add each class separately.
- Choose to the first class you’d like to attend i.e. September 12th
- Select the time you’d like to attend ie. 10 am
- Select book now
Your page will refresh to your cart page. From the top of this page, you will see a continue booking button. Select this and add in your next class. Repeat until you’ve chosen all your classes.
If at a later date you’d like to change the class/date, contact deb at email@example.com to help make any changes you’d like.

Online Live Classes are offered daily via Zoom
