Our Private FB group will house all the video classes for members who missed or can’t make the live classes. You have the option of both – so if our times don’t work – you still get to do your class!

Sign up for the class you want to take via our Mindbody app. Don’t worry if you can commit to the live time – the video will be available after for viewing ?

Keeping our growing bodies moving and active during pregnancy is an important step in preparing for the birth of your new little one. Our classes are specifically designed and led by a certified prenatal instructor to ensure you feel safe and guided. Our classes will:

Our Mississauga prenatal fitness classes are low to medium impact cardio and strengthening exercises, specifically designed for your changing body, helping you improve strength, flexibility and balance.
Prenatal fitness is a fantastic way to stay energize and strong during your pregnancy and is a great benefactor in your post natal recovery.
You can expect: Light Cardio: jogging on the spot, glute kicks and pregnancy safe jacks, Lower & Upper body strengthening: Squats, lunges, dead lifts, Bicep curls, triceps kick backs, chest press etc using suspension cables and light weights, Core stability: Standing crunches, standing hip dips, standing planks, reverse crunches, etc.
Exercise and activity during pregnancy has many amazing benefits, including helping you with your postnatal recovery (after baby).
If you’re feeling good and your OB/midwife hasn’t advised against yoga or exercise – these classes are a perfect way to stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy. Many women find after their first trimester, their energy level returns and body feels ready for movement and exercise. The classes are all tailored to you and your changing pregnancy stages.
