Prenatal Yoga Classes
Keeping our growing bodies moving and active during pregnancy is an important step in preparing for the birth of your new little one. Our classes are specifically designed and led by a certified prenatal instructor to ensure you feel safe and guided. Our classes will:
All levels of yoga experience and stages of pregnancy are welcome to join at any time.
We are thrilled offer you a safe, clean and calming space to practice your yoga.
Our studio is sanitized before and after use and participants are spaced out for comfort.
We asked that ladies bring their own yoga mat, a blanket and water. We do have bolsters and blocks that can be used (as an option) and will be sanitized before and after each use. Ladies are welcome to bring their own materials to suit their comfort level.

(Entrance is on Rosewood Ave. Parking in front of building or in the Harold E Kennedy Park Parking Lot.)

Book 6 consecutive classes – Choose your start Date – $75.00 + HST
You’ll automatically be booked for all 6 Sundays
Flexible Class Pass – $15.00/ class + HST
Select the dates that best suit your schedule between January 9th – May 29th – based on availability. No class on February 20th, April 17th and May 22nd.
Drop In Single Passes – $17.00 + HST
Drop in classes are open based space availability

Prenatal Fitness is not only a great way to stay active and healthy through your pregnancy – but a fun way to keep your body moving and gain confidence with your growing belly!
Prenatal Fitness classes are safe and designed for all stages. We keep you strong through pregnancy which helps with your postnatal recovery.
It is recommended to chat with your doctor, midwife, or doula before beginning a new exercise routine.
Our prenatal classes were suspended when the pandemic hit – but we’d love to bring them back in a safe and comfortable environment. Would you like to join us?

Exercise and activity during pregnancy has many amazing benefits, including helping you with your postnatal recovery (after baby).
If you’re feeling good and your OB/midwife hasn’t advised against yoga or exercise – these classes are a perfect way to stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy. Many women find after their first trimester, their energy level returns and body feels ready for movement and exercise. The classes are all tailored to you and your changing pregnancy stages.
