Please note – in accordance with the provincial announcement – All participants registered for indoor classes with Fitness by the Lake – must be fully vaccinated. This means you must be 14 days past your second shot.
All Fitness by Lake instructors and studio staff will also be required to be fully vaccinated.
You will be required to show proof of vaccination to join our September 12th session or any drop in class.

Prenatal Fitness classes are safe and designed for all stages. We keep you strong through pregnancy which helps with your postnatal recovery.
It is recommended to chat with your doctor, midwife, or doula before beginning a new exercise routine.
Our prenatal classes were suspended when the pandemic hit – but we’d love to bring them back in a safe and comfortable environment. Would you like to join us?
