Keep active during pregnancy is so important to physical and mental health for our new moms. We provide a fantastic strength class mixed with low to medium cardio. All workouts are designed with your growing baby in mind and all can be modified regardless of your stage of pregnancy. Whether you start with us in your first trimester or thirds – the workouts are for all.
Benefits of prenatal fitness:
We asked that ladies bring their own yoga mat and weights if you have some. We do have a small supply of weights – so please ask us and we are happy to reserve a set for you.
When: Thursdays @ 6:30 pm (register and start anytime)
Where: The School Creative Arts – 160 Lakeshore Rd East – Port Credit
(Entrance is on Rosewood Ave. Parking in front of building or in the Harold E Kennedy Park Parking Lot.)
Instructor: Malak – Super Fun, Super Energetic and Super Sweet! That’s what you can expect from our new instructor and new mom! Deb will fill in for Malak when ever she can’t make it 🙂

Drop In/Flex Pass – Prenatal Fitness – $17/class
Drop in classes are open based space availability
Add in Prenatal Yoga with your Fitness and Save almost 15% on two classes a week.
You can add in a Sunday morning Yoga or opt to add Yoga after your fitness class for back to back classes on Thursdays.

Exercise and activity during pregnancy has many amazing benefits, including helping you with your postnatal recovery (after baby).
If you’re feeling good and your OB/midwife hasn’t advised against yoga or exercise – these classes are a perfect way to stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy. Many women find after their first trimester, their energy level returns and body feels ready for movement and exercise. The classes are all tailored to you and your changing pregnancy stages.
