Our Stroller Boot Camp Classes provide moms with a fantastic, challenging workout – all while enjoying the outdoors and baby snuggles!
Each class is designed to help you burn as many calories as possible in a short amount of time.
We preform high intensity intervals, meaning, you perform one exercise (squatting, lunging, push ups, hill running) for 20-30 seconds and then rest and repeat for a desired set. We keep the strollers moving and the moms “glistening”. Our unique location provides moms with different sized hills and terrain to add in that extra intensity.
This is a boot camp like no other. No weights, ropes or bands with this class. We use the settings of our unique location to give mom a fantastic workout.

Come out and enjoy the Lakeshore trail in Port Credit. We squat, lunge, run, walk, talk, laugh and share. A great workout for those looking to slowly get back into shape after baby. Our unique setting not only provides beautiful scenery, but hills, benches, trees and much more to use for our workouts!

Prices do no include HST
* Choose the amount of passes to include in your package: 4 – 20 passes
* Passes are completely FLEXIBLE and to be used based on your schedule. You can apply them once a week or twice a week.
* Passes DO NOT expire while on maternity leave and can be transferred back to Studio classes in October.
* Passes can also be used for our summer Studio classes.
* You will never lose a pass in the event of an absence.
