Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Suspension Trainers are a performance tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises. It’s a full body workout from head to toe. You’ll discover muscles you never knew you had. For all fitness levels as we incorporate timed sets. Each participate will concentrate on form and be able to go at their own pace.
A great upper body workout with vairous pulling and pushing exercises. A fantastic lower body tone workout as we use the cables for support to help sink our weight directly where it needs to be. A full class of core! Your core is so important when using suspension trainers.
What exercises we incorporate:

*Tricep dips
*standing suspension push ups
*squats
*lunges
*suspension planks, pikes, push ups – for advanced pariticipants
