STRONG CORE – STRONG BODY
Join our Mom & Baby CORE FIT workout targeting the deepest muscles of your core while toning your entire body.
A strong core can help alleviate lower back pain, improve your overall posture and relieve tension through your shoulders. And as a fun side effect, these movements will provide you with the tools to help shape and tone your tummy.
In addition to the multiple core exercise, we also love multi muscle body weight exercises, so your upper and lower body will feel the effects of a fantastic targeted workout.
This core class focuses on regaining your core strength weaken by pregnancy and birth. You’ll be surprised how much stronger you’ll feel as the weeks go on. What you’ll look forward to:
