What to expect :
*A thorough assessment by a highly skilled and personable therapist.
*Education regarding the assessment findings.
*Development of a goal-oriented program, followed by patient specific treatment programs.
*Treatment sessions are 60 minutes in duration to ensure complete care and home exercise program progression.
Our services are covered by most Extended Health Benefits (EHB).
No doctors referral is required for assessment or treatment, however, we can work closely with any physician.

About Amanda
Amanda Mallette, BSc, MScPT
Amanda is a graduate of University of Toronto Masters of Physiotherapy program (2007). She holds an undergraduate degree in Science, with a specialization in Exercise Physiology. Amanda has worked primarily in the private practice field, working with clients of all ages with varying orthopaedic issues.
Since the birth of her two children, Amanda developed special interest in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and has been practicing and pursuing post graduate education in the field since.
