Check out our Evening Strength & HIIT Bootcamps for October – December 2020
Our Indoor Strength & HIIT Bootcamp is a fantastic mix of low impact moves with super fun cardio. Using small hand weights and your own body weight – we guide your through a sweaty, toning, laugh out loud full body workout.
We like to have fun – but still fit in a great workout!
Our indoors bootcamps will follow the COVID 19 Safety regulations to a TEE. We will open a limited amount of spots in each class to ensure each participant is 6 ft apart. The studio is sanitized and cleaned before and after each class. And all studios are fogged regularly throughout the day.
Equipment will be cleaned after each use – and no sharing among participants. Ladies are welcome to bring their own weights.

Get out and active has never been more important. We’re excited to welcome every to outdoor bootcamp/fitness class!
This class is designed for all fitness levels – using just our own body weight. No equipment required.
Participants can opt to bring their own set of weights if they choose.
Using the park as our fitness studio- you’ll get to know every inch – from the hills to the paths – this is a great cardio, strength and toning class – FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
