Join us for a fun and addicting workout at the park! For all fitness levels – our evening bootcamps are full body workouts that gets your heart rate up and gets you feeling strong!
All exercises are timed so that you can go on your own pace. We pair HIIT with strength – not only helping to kick start your metabolism and burn calories – but to strengthen and tone from head to toe.
A mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises are used to help tone and strengthen your entire body. Low impact, high impact and cardio options and modifications are all provided.
