Our outdoor Bootcamps are a fantastic mix of low & high impact moves with super fun cardio. Using small hand weights and/or your own body weight – we guide your through a sweaty, toning, and laugh out loud (mainly from Deb’s & Katie’s terrible jokes) full body workout.
We like to have fun – but still fit in a great workout!
Our Classes will follow the COVID 19 Safety regulations to a TEE. We will open a limited amount of spots in each class to ensure each participant is 6 ft apart.
Participants are asked to bring their own weights with them. If you do not have weights, we will have the option to borrow ours, and will ensure the equipment is sanitized before and after each use.
