What fitness level will this challenge require? Whether you’re an avid fitness enthusiast or a beginner, the workouts are designed for everyone. Modifications are always provided to increase or decrease the level of difficulty.
I found you after the challenge started – can I start? Yes. You are welcome to join our current challenge at any time. If you found us after our live challenge ended – you can purchase the package to do on your own. We will send you a PDF of the Schedule with links to the workouts.
What do I need? Proper running / workout shoes and hand weights. If you do not have hand weights – full water bottles, soup cans – or anything to provides a bit of upper body work and resistance.
I am not on facebook, can I still do the challenge? Of course, I can send you your challenges and workouts via email. You will then send me emails when each have been completed.
