* At the start of the week – you will receive a list of challenges for you to complete along with your workouts
Challenges can include (but are not limited to)
Extra fitness goals (for example, complete 1 minute of squats or 3 sets of 30 second bicep curls)
Health goals (for example, drink 50 oz of water per day, add two veggies to your dinner, smoothies challenges)
Family / Friends goals (for example, go for a 30 min walk a friend or family members)
Treat yourself (for example, give into one treat, get your hair done, have that extra cup of coffee)
With every challenge completed, you earn points. The more points you earn, the more rewards
* You will receive two new 30 workouts to complete, one on Mondays and the other on Thursdays. You can complete these workouts as many times as desired with in the week
* Post your sweaty selfies, food pictures, questions, accomplishments and struggles on our dedicated private facebook group – just for Fitness by the Lake members.
* You can connect with your trainer once a week via facebook or live chat
* Modifications can always be requested, either increase intensity or decrease
* This program is designed so each member feels as its their own personal program
* At the end of the session – rewards! Free sessions, free classes, gift cards, fitness gear etc.
