How do we access the workouts? Your workouts will be delivered to your email!
What is accountability tracking? We have designed a unique check list to keep you on track. You will not receive a new workout without completing the one before. You’ll also receive a fitness log to help keep you on track, you have the option to complete and track each workout and submit them to Deb. It’s a perfect accountability tool – as you will challenge yourself to improve each log.
Can I contact with my Fitness by the Lake at anytime? Yes. If you have questions or concerns, your trainer is available through email or facebook messenger.
I haven’t worked out in a while, will I be able to do these workouts? YES! That is the beauty of our TIMED sets. It allows you to go at your own pace, without worrying about a specific amount of sets to complete – no more trying to do 20 sets or 100 sets and struggling to keep up. The TIMED workout helps you gain more confidence both mentally and physically.
Will I see results? I do caution programs that guarantee results – as every body is different and everyone has different goals. However, our program is designed to get you moving and active, both with our workouts and health & fitness challenges – it won’t be long until you start feeling stronger, more confident, sleeping better and yes, having the results you want.
