How do we access the workouts? You will be emailed log in information to access the workouts. The workouts can be accessed via the Fitness by the Lake website via my courses. You will be required to complete one workout before being able to access the next one.
What is accountability tracking? Our Fitness by the Lake trainer has access to your progress via the online programs. They can see when you’ve completed a workout and when you’re falling behind. They will check in each week to see how you are doing and to provide any support.
Can I contact with my Fitness by the Lake at anytime? Yes. If you have questions or concerns, your trainer is available through email or facebook messenger.
I haven’t worked out in a while, will I be able to do these workouts? YES! That is the beauty of our TIMED sets. It allows you to go at your own pace, without worrying about a specific amount of sets to complete – no more trying to do 20 sets or 100 sets and struggling to keep up. The TIMED workout helps you gain more confidence both mentally and physically.
Will I see results? I do caution programs that guarantee results – as every body is different and everyone has different goals. However, our program is designed to get you moving and active, both with our workouts and health & fitness challenges – it won’t be long until you start feeling stronger, more confident, sleeping better and yes, having the results you want.
