The live workout video’s along with the 2 extra videos are stored on the facebook page and can be accessed at any point. You can join us live once you register or access the video and do them on your own time!

If you’d like to take advantage of our most recent live session – you can!! Purchase the 6 week live session and you will gain access to our last workout session. You’ll have access to the 6 pre-recorded workouts (the live workouts the group did together) and the 12 outlined workouts. You can use the facebook page to ask questions, post workout comments and keep yourself accountable. It’s a fantastic 6 week program.

Do you have to be a new mom? Our workouts are for everyone. We encourage anyone who enjoys sweating, great interval workouts, needing a change or just a kick start, to join us!
How do I access the LIVE workout? We have create a private facebook group just for our Live workouts. Click on the link to request access.
What if I can’t join the LIVE time? Every video will be keep on the facebook page. If you miss the LIVE time, you can access the workout at any time – 5 min late – or a day later. You’ll still get the benefit of Deb leading your workout – and you’re still be subject to her bad jokes.
I haven’t worked out in a while, will I be able to do these workouts? YES! That is the beauty of our TIMED sets. It allows you to go at your own pace, without worrying about a specific amount of sets to complete – no more trying to do 20 sets or 100 sets and struggling to keep up. The TIMED workout helps you gain more confidence both mentally and physically.
Will I see results? I do caution programs that guarantee results – as every body is different and everyone has different goals. However, our program is designed to get you moving and active, both with our workouts and health & fitness challenges – it won’t be long until you start feeling stronger, more confident, sleeping better and yes, having the results you want.
