What you need:
Many of the workouts include weights – if you do not have weights – not a problem at all! You can get creative by incorporating full water bottles, soup cans, books or anything that provides a bit of resistance. Bodyweight alternatives are provided for the most part.
Ensure you have proper shoes and breathable workout gear and WATER! Always water.
Workouts can be done in the space of your yoga mat!

What fitness level will this challenge require? Whether you’re an avid fitness enthusiast or a beginner, the workouts are designed for everyone. Modifications are always provided to increase or decrease the level of difficulty. You will have the choice of shorter or longer workouts. Giving you the option to work your way up to more challenging workouts.
I belong to a gym – will my workouts there still count? Yes – if you are a regular gym goer – you can A) incorporate our workout at the gym, or B) do your own. You can swap out up to 3 challenge workouts for your own workouts.
Workouts should be a min 30 mins Just post the sweaty selfie for your point. You can replace a 30 day workout with up to 3 independent workouts in the 20 days.
I love coming to FBTL for workouts – will these workouts still count? YES YES YES! We don’t want you to stop visiting us online or the studio. Take a pic at the studio – maybe even get Amanda or Deb in it :-). If you’re a member of our ONLINE membership – you can swap out the challenge workout for the Live ZOOM workout that day.
I found you after the challenge started – can I start? Yes. You are welcome to join our current challenge up to 5 days past the start date to qualify for the grand prize. If you’re just looking to get into a challenge and do not care about the grand prize, you can join at any time and just start your 20 days from the day you entered.
What do I need? Proper running / workout shoes and hand weights. If you do not have hand weights – full water bottles, soup cans – or anything that provides a bit of upper body work and resistance.
I am not on facebook, can I still do the challenge? Of course, I can send you your challenges and workouts via email. You will then send me emails when each have been completed.
