In these classes, we will strengthen, open, and work out any kinks that are held in the body as you navigate your busy day with family and or work – ensuring you’re feeling calmer, relaxed and just darn GOOD!
This class will combine vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga and pair it with meditation, and breath work to help you enjoy your time while creating your own community with other women.
This class is full of modifications – no yoga experience is required!

Start with Fitness and end with Yoga – 6 weeks – 2 hours per night – that’s 12 classes for an unbelievable value.
Sweat out the week and then unwind!
Not sure all 6 classes will work for you – no problem – our flexible passes allow you to choose just one class or up to 4 classes for your own flexible package.
