We’re excited to bring our amazing moms together for a fun way to practice yoga with your little ones!
Our space is clean, bright and inviting. Little ones can stay in their car seats, sleep, or play or explore beside mom or Stephanie (a mom of two herself) can show you ways to incorporate baby in to your practice.
Recommended for Moms with little ones 6 weeks to 18 months! These specialized yoga sessions concentrate on strengthening your postnatal body with guided upper body, abdomen and pelvic floor movements.
Perfect class for those looking to continue their yoga practice with baby or for new yoga comers looking for a low impact activity after baby. No yoga experience required.
Baby is incorporated if mom chooses (or can sleep or play by mum) – and don’t be surprised if snuggles and laughter are involved.
