The region of PEEL has been place in the GREY zone – where all non essential businesses must close their doors. This directly affects our Mom & Baby Yoga program. We unfortunately will not be hosting any classes in studio until minimum January 2021.
We will miss seeing our new moms – but understand the seriousness of this pandemic and we will do our part to slow down the spread of this terrible disease.
We look forward to welcoming you back in to our studio when it is safe to do so.
A fun yoga class to connect with baby and other moms
Recommended for Moms with little ones 6 weeks to 18 months! These specialized yoga sessions concentrate on strengthening your postnatal body with guided upper body, abdomen and pelvic floor movements.
Perfect class for those looking to continue their yoga practice with baby or for new yoga comers looking for a low impact activity after baby. No yoga experience required.
Baby is incorporated if mom chooses (or can sleep or play by mum) – and don’t be surprised if snuggles and laughter are involved.
