Moms can now workout in the comfort of their home – with baby watching, in the carrier or during nap time (well maybe – you’re allowed to sleep during nap time:-)
We have created a private facebook page for live workouts everyday!
HIIT BOOTCAMP – Mondays & Thursdays @ 10 am and Saturdays at 8 am
Strength & Toning (low impact) – Wednesdays @ 11 am
Core Strength – Tuesdays @ 11 am
Barre FIT – Fridays @ 11 am
