We go LIVE via ZOOM everyday with something for everyone PLUS all of our live classes are recorded and loaded on a private facebook group so if you can’t join live – you can watch the video and complete the workout when it works for you!

How to participate …
30 Day Unlimited Online Pass – $49.99 + HST
The most you’ll pay per class is $12.50 – and that’s only if you do a class once a week or a video once a week! The more classes you do, the less per class it is!
Have fun with a variety of postnatal workouts safe for all fitness levels. With your unlimited pass you can attend LIVE classes as well as access a variety of video/recorded classes to do on your own. You can do as many as you’d like. No Pass Counting! You 30 days begins from your first class 🙂
Step One:

Step One (a): You will have to create an account for our registration system if you are a new user.

Our Private FB group will house all the video classes for members who missed or can’t make the live classes.
Step Three:
If attending live – add your name to our class list via our Fitness by the Lake APP. You will automatically be send the log in information. Don’t worry if you can commit to the live time – the video will be available after for viewing 🙂

Our ONLINE boot camp incorporates a variety of different training styles – giving you a unique and different workout every week.
No two boot camps are ever the same. All workouts incorporate timed circuits – allowing every participant to go at their own pace.
So although the intensity of this class is categorized as high – you can still modify to ensure you’re going at a pace that challenges you but also suits your stage of postnatal recovery.

Join our Express Mom & Baby CORE FIT workout targeting the deepest muscles of your core while toning your entire body.
A strong core can help alleviate lower back pain, improve your overall posture and relieve tension through your shoulders. And as a fun side effect, these movements will provide you with the tools to help shape and tone your tummy.
In addition to the multiple core exercise, we also love multi muscle body weight exercises, so your upper and lower body will feel the effects of a fantastic targeted workout.

This core class focuses on regaining your core strength weaken by pregnancy and birth. You’ll be surprised how much stronger you’ll feel as the weeks go on.
Babies can be playing beside you or older kids can join in 🙂
Let’s meet at the BARRE (Or Chair) Online!.
Join this unique fitness class to tone and strengthen your Rockin’ Barre body. This mix of basic ballet and Pilates exercises focus on rebuilding strength in the abdominal and pelvic floor as well as increasing flexibility, and toning arms, core, calves, and buns all while bonding with baby. No prior dance or Pilates experience is required to participate in class.
For Moms with babies 8 weeks to 2 years.
At home, baby can be playing or sleeping or Moms can choose to wear baby for extra snuggles, not to mention extra work – or allow baby to play on their own.

How your Monthly Pass works
- You have access to every LIVE workout and recorded workout. Library of recorded workouts grow by 6 videos every week.
- Sign up each week using our Fitness by the Lake registration app to receive live log in information
- Your Monthly pass begins from your first workout. i.e. if you participate in your first class on the 15th of this month – your pass expires the 15th of the next month.
- Accountability – track your workouts on our Private FB group by commenting on the video. Fun GIFs are always appreciated.
- No refunds based on our pass flexibility. Some exceptions may apply.

Little ones can be as young as 8 weeks (as long as Mom has been cleared to participate) all the way to toddler. Have a new baby and a toddler – bring them both – our instructors are always happy to have a little helper or walk around with baby.
