Winter 2021 Classes: Your Options
We are excited to offer a wide choice of class options both in studio and outdoors during the fall months (weather depending).
All of our fitness classes are for Moms with little ones from 8 weeks +. Our classes are geared towards Mom – so it’s important that you’re feeling good and have received clearance from your OB, midwife or doctor to return to regular activities.
What’s going on Winter 2021 ….
Virtual Classes:
Yes – join us from the comfort of your own home. You can join live or receive the recorded class to do on your own schedule. 6 New classes a week to choose from, including HIIT bootcamp, Strength Classes, Express Core, Express HIIT and Mix of Strength & HIIT for evening and weekends.
In Studio Classes:

Although we will miss seeing our lovely participants in person – we will doour small part to keep everyone safe. We look forward to once again welcoming you into our new location when it is safe to do so.

Winter Mom & Baby Classes

Although we will miss seeing you in person – we understand the severity of this pandemic and will do our part to slow down the spread of this disease.
We look forward to seeing you once again when it is safe to do so.
Virtual OPTIONS!
We know it’s not the same – but we’d love for you to join us virtually! With your virtual passes, you can attend one or more of our 6 live classes a week! Baby can be playing, sleeping or even in your carrier. AND the best part is – if you miss your live class (and your name was on the list) we’ll send you the recorded version to do on your own!

CORE Sculpt
Tuesdays @ 1:15 pm (express 30 mins) perfect nap time workout
HIIT Bootcamp
Mondays @ 10 am
Thursdays @ 9 am (express 30 mins)
Saturdays @ 8 am (low impact body weight)
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Bootcamp
Three classes offered weekly – Mondays at 10 am and Thursdays (an express 30 mins) @ 9 am and Saturday mornings (body weight low impact style) @ 8 am
We concentrate on mixing strength with cardio – ensuring you get a great calorie burn through and after your workout. Don’t let HIIT scare you off – the workouts are for all fitness levels and modifications are always provided.

BARRE BLAST
Let’s meet at the BARRE! No Dance experience required.
Join this unique fitness class to tone and strengthen your Rockin’ Barre body. This mix of basic ballet and Pilates exercises focus on rebuilding strength in the abdominal and pelvic floor as well as increasing flexibility, and toning arms, core, calves, and buns all while bonding with baby. No prior dance or Pilates experience is required to participate in class.
For Moms with babies 8 weeks to 2 years.
A perfect Carrier Fit class for Moms – encouraging extra snuggles, not to mention extra work !

Meet your SuperMom tribe with Fitness by the Lake. We have multiple fitness and yoga classes for you and your little one.
Little ones can be as young as 8 weeks (as long as Mom has been cleared to participate) all the way to toddler. Have a new baby and a toddler – bring them both – our instructors are always happy to have a little helper or walk around with baby.
