Fall Classes: Your Options
We are excited to offer a wide choice of class options both in studio and outdoors during the fall months (weather depending).
All of our fitness classes are for Moms with little ones from 8 weeks +. Our classes are geared towards Mom – so it’s important that you’re feeling good and have received clearance from our OB, midwife or doctor to return to regular activities.
