Strength + HIIT is a great mix of low impact cardio with high intensity strength. If you like to add weights to your squats, lunges, planks and core work and mix that with spurts of cardio – this class is for you. You’ll feel stronger, have more energy, sleep better (when baby lets you) and relieve stress.
For all fitness levels and all stages of postpartum moms. Modifications are given to both increase and lower the intensity of the workout. Tone, Strength, Laugh and sweat.
What you’ll need:
*Small towel (sweat towel)
*Anything for your little one
*Set of hand weights (if you prefer to bring your own) BUT FBTL has a small supply of weight to lend out – range of 3lbs-8lbs- weights will be sanitized before and after use.
