Mom & Baby Strength + HIIT Fitness
Strength + HIIT is a great mix of low impact cardio with high intensity strength. If you like to add weights to your squats, lunges, planks and core work and mix that with spurts of cardio – this class is for you. You’ll feel stronger, have more energy, sleep better (when baby lets you) and relieve stress.
For all fitness levels and all stages of postpartum moms. Modifications are given to both increase and lower the intensity of the workout. Tone, Strength, Laugh and sweat.
What you’ll need:
*Water
*Mat
*Small towel (sweat towel)
*Anything for your little one
*Set of hand weights (FBTL has a small supply of weight to lend out – range of 3lbs-8lbs- weights will be sanitized before and after use.)

We’re excited to bring our amazing moms into our wonderful new space at The School Creative Arts – a bright, spacious and welcoming hub for families of South Mississauga.
Each class will be limited to 8 participants to ensure everyone has room to move.
You’ll find us at 160 Lakeshore Road East – Entrance to the studio is on Rosewood Ave.
Vaccination Requirement
Proof of vaccination is required upon entry to the studio. As per the government announcement the week of February 14th – they vaccine requirement to enter gyms facilities will no longer be mandated by the province.
How we are keeping you safe:
*Your FBTL Instructor has all three vaccine shots.
*She will also be wearing a N95 medical mask.
*Maximum capacity is 8 moms and babies.
*An HEPA air purifier will be running at all times
Registration
We’ve set up our schedule so that it works for you. Join us for 1 , 2 or 3 classes a week with our special 4 week sessions. 15% discount for every additional session you add during the week.
Two or more classes a week: If you’d like add another class to your weekly schedule in addition to your one bootcamp, select the 2 or more sessions link.

Meet your SuperMom tribe with Fitness by the Lake. We have multiple fitness and yoga classes for you and your little one.
Little ones can be as young as 8 weeks (as long as Mom has been cleared to participate) all the way to toddler. Have a new baby and a toddler – bring them both – our instructors are always happy to have a little helper or walk around with baby.
