Mom & Baby Strength + Cardio Fitness
If you like to add weights to your squats, lunges, planks and core work and mix that with spurts of cardio – this class is for you. You’ll feel stronger, have more energy, sleep better (when baby lets you) and relieve stress.
For all fitness levels and all stages of postpartum moms. Modifications are given to both increase and lower the intensity of the workout. Tone, Strength, Laugh and sweat.
What you’ll need:
*Small towel (sweat towel)
*Anything for your little one
*Set of hand weights (if you prefer to bring your own) BUT FBTL has a small supply of weight to lend out – range of 3lbs-15lbs- weights will be sanitized before and after use.

We have so many class options that sometimes it’s hard to choose! That’s why we’ve joined with The School Creative Arts, the dance and fitness studio where we host of all our FBTL classes – to offer you more classes and more flexibility.
You can opt to use your class card for one particular style of class – i.e. 5 Mom & Baby Strength + Cardio or you can mix up your classes and do 2-3 a week. This also adds to your flexibility if you can’t make a class, no problem – just reschedule your class with out any hassle!
