Strength + HIIT is a great mix of low impact cardio with high intensity strength. For all fitness levels and all stages of postpartum moms. Modifications are given to both increase and lower the intensity of the workout. Tone, Strength, Laugh and sweat.
What you’ll need:
*Mat (one you don’t mind using outdoors)
*Anything for your little one
*Set of hand weights (FBTL can load out weights if required – weights will be sanitized before and after use.)
Each Session will strictly follow health Canada’s guideline for social distancing and masks.
Participants will be spread out by 6 ft, instructor will wear a mask if moving around and equipment (if not your own) will not be shared and will be sanitized before and after each class.
8 spots will be available to ensure plenty of room and to comply with the current outside gathering guidelines. If the guidelines change, we will certainly open up additional spots.
