CORE + Strength – Our bodies go through a lot during pregnancy and birth and jumping back into how we did things before is just not gonna happen. We need to slowly and safely build our strength back – and everything is connected to our core.
In this specialized CORE class for new moms, we concentrate on repairing the core muscles through a variety of movements – with modifications for all stages. Stronger core, stronger back, stronger body – that’s what we’re about. You will not hear “Mommy Tummy” here – this is about strength not abs.
With a mix of pilates and full body strength exercises – you’ll find daily movements and activity easier in no time.
How baby is incorporated: Mom can set up a blanket and area up for back beside them, leave them in their car seat or with modifications, can put them in the carrier.
For all fitness levels and all stages of postpartum moms. Modifications are given to both increase and lower the intensity of the workout. Tone, Strength, Laugh and sweat. If you are concern about separated abs – please send us a note to chat.

*blanket for little one for set up
*Anything else for your little one
*Small hand weights may be incorporated at times. We have a small supply at the studio for participants to borrow. If you have your own – between 3-5 lbs – we welcome you to bring your own.
