Mom & Baby Carrier FIT / Low Impact Strength
Carrier FIT – a perfect class for moms looking for some baby snuggles and a great resistance/strength workout. Babies are the best personal trainers – as it’s hard to do a squat wrong when holding or wearing your baby 🙂
This class is a low impact, no jumping, strength class that will mix bodyweight, barre, and small weights for a fantastic toning workout.
Most carriers will work for this class – with the exception of the sling. Babies should be secure. Got an older little – no worries – let them explore or play while you enjoy a great strength + tone workout on your own.
And – if baby needs a break from the carrier – not problem – we’ll set up a little play area and mom can still get a great sweat on.
For all fitness levels and all stages of postpartum moms. Modifications are given to both increase and lower the intensity of the workout. Tone, Strength, Laugh and sweat.
What you’ll need:
*Water
*Small towel (sweat towel)
*Change of clothes for baby – they will sweat when you sweat
*Anything for your little one
*Optional – Set of hand weights. FBTL has a supply of weights to lend out – range of 3lbs-20lbs- weights will be sanitized before and after use.

Each class will be limited to 8-10 participants to ensure everyone has room to move.

Little ones can be as young as 8 weeks (as long as Mom has been cleared to participate) all the way to toddler. Have a new baby and a toddler – bring them both – our instructors are always happy to have a little helper or walk around with baby.
