Jump, Move and Giggle with your growing Toddler and babies
Moms with Toddlers: This class attempts to be totally interactive with your toddler – although sometimes toddler just wants to play or snack – that’s okay! Whether toddler tries to squat next to you or giggles while mom planks – this class is designed so toddlers can be toddlers while mom fits in a fantastic workout and toddler can burn off a little pre-nap energy!
Moms with babies (or toddler and baby): Do you have an active babY – early crawler – a baby on the move – this class is perfect for those moms who feel they may be chasing rather than working out. We keep these classes small so toddlers and babies have room to move.
The classes are a great mix of bootcamp fitness in a circuit station style setting – giving mom a great sweat!

We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible – after all – you’re a new mom and whether this is your first baby or 4th – flexibility is key! Over the past 5 years, our flexible passes have not only been appreciated – but referenced as why moms from neighbouring cities such as Etobicoke and Oakville make the drive to join us!

Our Studio hours are based on our Class Schedule and varies in Winter, Fall, Spring & Summer.
Mom & Baby Classes run daily between 9:30 am -12:30 pm
Prenatal Classes run evening & weekends
