Your baby instantly becomes your personal trainer!
When we wear the carrier, your form is automatically corrected to a neutral position and your core is instinctively engaged – As a result, squats, lunges and standing core work are performed more efficiently.
Your baby will be so exhausted from training you, they’ll most likely fall sleep while snuggled in the carrier!
Our classes include:
- Upper & Lower body strengthening with resistance bands and suspension cables (TRXs)
- Power core movements with standing abdominal work with small hand weights
- Lower body sculpting using body weight and baby’s weight!
Class meets every Thursday at 11 am starting September 26th, 2019
