Our indoor boot camp incorporates a variety of different training styles – giving you a unique and different workout every week.
No two boot camps are ever the same. All workouts incorporate timed circuits – allowing every participant to go at their own pace. So although the intensity of this class is categorized as high – you can still modify to ensure you’re going at a pace that challenges you but also suits your stage of postnatal recovery.
All workouts are designed to provide you with an after burn effect – meaning you’ll continue to burn calories well after your workout!
Kick start your post natal recovery and get more energy, sleep better (when baby lets you) and relieve some of that new baby stress! The best part about this class – it’s for all fitness levels!
Circuits include (but are not limited to):
Burpees, squats, all variation of planks, push ups and oh so much more!
