Welcome to our strength and toning class for online!
This low impact class focuses on strengthen and toning your body head to toe. It’s a great option for those looking to get back into fitness, or for fitness lovers looking to mix up their fitness routine with low and high impact options.
If you have a set of weights great – but get creative if you don’t – soup cans, full water bottles – wine bottles 🙂

Join our ONLINE Core Sculpt class each week or access our video library to do on your own time and schedule. Our 30 min Core workout targets not only your abdominals, but back and upper body – really working a full body tone.
A strong core can help alleviate lower back pain, improve your overall posture and relieve tension through your shoulders. And as a fun side effect, these movements will provide you with the tools to help shape and tone your tummy.
In addition to the multiple core exercise, we also love multi muscle body weight exercises, so your upper and lower body will feel the effects of a fantastic targeted workout. Attend Live each week at 12:15 pm via zoom or grab a video from the library. New video added each week.
Inspired by ballet and other classic dance genres, this barre fitness class will help target muscles through high reps of small range movements, full body stretches and basic dance technique.
What to expect:
After a full body warm up, the class will start with some toning reps before moving to the barre. At the barre we will raise the heart rate and target muscles with repetitive movements inspired by the positions and exercises of ballet. Each class will end with a cool down of stretches to help your body ease back down while also improving your flexibility.
No experience required, the first few classes will ease you in with the intensity gradually increasing each week.

Using mostly body-weight exercises with the option of weights, you will follow a series of intervals – alternating between cardio, strength and core stability. The exercises will be a mix of timeless classics and fresh new moves that will challenge your entire body.
The intervals allow you to go at your own pace and modifications are provided for each exercise so you can completely customize the workout to fit your fitness needs.
You’ll be jumping, skipping, marching, kicking, twisting, squatting, lunging, crunching and burpeeing your way to one wicked warrior-style workout! Join us live Mondays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays – or opt one of our videos from our private FB page. 3 new videos added each week.
