Join us for a fun and addicting workout at The School Creative Arts. For all fitness levels – our bootcamps are full body workouts that get you feeling stronger each week and your heart rate pumping each class!
All exercises are timed so that you can go on your own pace. We pair HIIT with strength – not only helping to kick start your metabolism and burn calories – but to strengthen and tone from head to toe.
We mix between using bodyweight and small weights to help tone and strengthen your entire body. Low impact, high impact and cardio options and modifications are all provided.
We can wait to see you for a sweaty and fun workout – heck we just can’t wait to see you in person!!!
Short on time or prefer shorter workouts? We got you covered! Our 30 min fitness classes are guaranteed to get you sweaty and feeling strong!
Whether you’re joining us from home or in studio – we can wait to workout with you.

Indoor Location: 160 Lakeshore Road East – The School Creative Arts. Entrance to the studio is on Rosewood Ave.
