Flexibility is great – no doubt – but are you the type of participant who loves the accountability of a pre-paid class one or twice a week? It’s a routine you know you can stick with. Our new One Class Sessions (typically 6 or 8 weeks) include one or two classes per week. As you participate weekly – you’ll notice your strength, endurance and energy improve and by the end of the session – you’ll not only be signing up again, you’ll be recruiting your friends to join in!
How your One Class Session works
- One class sessions will include either once or twice a week, depending on the current schedule or your personal preference
- One class sessions are approximately 5%-10% less expensive than the same number of flexible passes
- Specifically created for those Moms that enjoy the accountability of a class once or twice a week.
- Moms enjoy a program that progresses each week and they start to see results from the consistent attendance
- A make up class is provided for one missed class
- Sessions are restricted to one style of class, i.e bootcamp. If you wish to participate in additional classes – flexible passes are the right option for you.
