Sleep, Coffee and then workout – my mantra! It’s okay to miss a class – but I have a feeling, once you’ve worked out with me – you won’t be missing too many! My goal is to be apart of your journey – from pregnancy through the first year of your little ones life – and maybe beyond. About Amanda’s Classes: Come to Amanda’s Strollerfit class and get a fantastic workout while discovering the beautiful parks and trials our community has to offer. What could be better than having a warm up stretch while gazing out over a sparkling Lake Ontario?! As a mother of two, Amanda is passionate about post-natal fitness and understands how hard it can be to get back at it after baby. Amanda strives to create a high energy and inclusive environment for moms at every fitness level. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, you are sure to get an excellent workout at Strollerfit…and babies will have some fun too!

Our Studio hours are based on our Class Schedule and varies in Winter, Fall, Spring & Summer.
Mom & Baby Classes run daily between 9:30 am -12:30 pm
Prenatal Classes run evening & weekends
