Each day a new workout or challenge will be posted on our Private 30 Day Facebook Page.
Home Workouts will be between 30 – 45 mins.
Participants can replace a scheduled 30 day workout with a FBTL online workout – or swap out up to 3 challenge workouts with one of you own (via your online gym, a run or peloton etc).
Rest days will be included
Water Intake Daily Goals: Water has so many benefits – and many of us just aren’t drinking enough. In this challenge – we’ll help you build up to drinking enough water for you (height & weight) and create a lifestyle change.
Extra challenges include food challenges, family activity challenges, workout challenges etc. – At any time we will add in a no sugar day or 50 squat day (for example) – but the best ones involve your family. Grab your partner and let’s do this.
Facebook Community: When you have completed the days workout and /or challenge – post a picture or entry on our private facebook page. Everyone is right there with you. It’s always fun to see the posts and responses. Have fun with your post!!

What you need:
Many of the workouts include weights – if you do not have weights – not a problem at all! You can get creative by incorporating full water bottles, soup cans, books or anything that provides a bit of resistance. Bodyweight alternatives are provided for the most part.
I don’t have facebook – can I still participate?
YES YES YES! We will connect and find out the best way to provide the workout videos to you.

Although I know you don’t need a prize – it’s always nice to have a little more incentive. Each time you post your sweaty selfie or workout entry (on our private facebook page) – your name goes into our draw. At the end of the 30 days – we will do a random draw. The more entries you post – the more your name will be entered into the draw.
The draw will take place on after thanks giving – giving all members 5 grace days to complete days or challenges they missed.

What fitness level will this challenge require? Whether you’re an avid fitness enthusiast or a beginner, the workouts are designed for everyone. Modifications are always provided to increase or decrease the level of difficulty. You will have the choice of shorter or longer workouts. Giving you the option to work your way up to more challenging workouts.
I belong to a gym – will my workouts there still count? Yes – if you are a regular gym goer – you can A) incorporate our workout at the gym, or B) do your own. You can swap out up to 3 challenge workouts for your own workouts.
Workouts should be a min 30 mins Just post the sweaty selfie for your point. You can replace a 30 day workout with up to 3 independent workouts.
I love coming to FBTL for workouts – will these workouts still count? YES YES YES! We don’t want you to stop visiting us online or the studio. Take a pic at the studio – maybe even get Amanda or Deb in it :-). If you’re a member of our ONLINE membership – you can swap out the challenge workout for the Live ZOOM workout that day.
I found you after the challenge started – can I start? Yes. You are welcome to join our current challenge up to 5 days past the start date to qualify for the grand prize. If you’re just looking to get into a challenge and do not care about the grand prize, you can join at any time and just start your 30 days from the day you entered.
What do I need? Proper running / workout shoes and hand weights. If you do not have hand weights – full water bottles, soup cans – or anything that provides a bit of upper body work and resistance.
I am not on facebook, can I still do the challenge? Of course, I can send you your challenges and workouts via email. You will then send me emails when each have been completed.
