How it works:
Each day a new workout or challenge will be posted on Facebook (private facebook group) and our Fitness by the Lake Instagram stories. The stories will be saved in our profile.
You will have the option to complete a 15 min workout or a 30 min workout – depending on your time that particular day or personal preference.
When you have completed the challenge – post a picture or entry on our private facebook page. You can also opt to update your mindbody app and check in to the days attendance – or once you’ve posted our admin will update the app for you.
Rest days will be included.

Register for the challenge.
If you do not have a MindBody account, you will be asked to create one. Download the app on your phone to track your days – if you choose.

You will need a set of hand weights for the challenge – or soup cans – full water bottles – etc.

What fitness level will this challenge require? Whether you’re an avid fitness enthusiast or a beginner, the workouts are designed for everyone. Modifications are always provided to increase or decrease the level of difficulty. You also have the option to choose between short and longer workouts. Giving you the option to work you way up to more challenging workouts.
I found you after the challenge started – can I start? Yes. You are welcome to join our current challenge up to 5 days past the start date to qualify for the grand prize. If you’re just looking to get into a challenge and do not care about the grand prize, you can join at any time and just start your 30 days from the day you entered.
What do I need? Proper running / workout shoes and hand weights. If you do not have hand weights – full water bottles, soup cans – or anything to provides a bit of upper body work and resistance.
