Fitness by the Lake is the only fitness and yoga studio dedicated to new moms! We offer a comprehensive and flexible schedule so our participants can fit us into their schedule.

Whether you’re looking for an intense boot camp for calorie blasting, a strengthening core class for abdominal repair, a toning carrier fit class for extra baby snuggles or a gentle yoga class for stretching – we have something for everyone.

Participate in one or a mix of our classes with our one of a kind flexible passes

Our flexible passes can be used however best fits your schedule. Whether that’s a weekly spot or drop ins – you have the flexibility to enjoy our classes without worrying about loosing a pass for an absence or passes expiring.

Your passes do not expire while on maternity leave
